LGA Trophy Day
LGA Play Day | 9:00 a.m. Shotgun Trophy Day is a GBLGA tournament which runs March-November each year. It is individual no cost play. Each month there are 1st low gross, 1st low net and 2nd low net winners. The finals are held in November, where each of the three monthly winners from March-October are eligible to participate. There will be a 1st low gross and 1st low net winner in the November final. All monthly place winners and November finals winners will receive cash payouts at the end of year GBLGA luncheon. This is a great way to challenge yourself a bit more than usual, play golf in an ‘in house’ competition, improve your golf skills and make new friends. Sign up on the Invited App or with the pro-shop by noon on the Sunday prior to the Trophy Day. Pairings done by the Pro Shop. A minimum of 4 players must play a Trophy Day for there to be declared winners. Scores will be posted by the Pro Shop as ‘C’ Competition. Players can play regular Tuesday play on Trophy Days, just put in the notes section on the app when you sign up “not playing in Trophy Day”.

2026 Club Championship Weekend Granite Bay Golf Club has again chosen what is normally prime golf weather and course conditions to hold our 2026 Club Championships. Set on October 16th thru 18th, In the Men's Gross and Net Flights, Friday will be a stroke play event to determine match play seeding, with its own prize pool, that acts as a qualifier (if necessary) for match play brackets to come on the weekend. Players in the Women's Flights will begin on Saturday morning and be played Saturday and Sunday. While we have two different formats being utilized for the Men's event. The Women's events will be stroke play on Saturday and Sunday with each player being eligible in ALL flights. This year on Saturday, October 17th we will also have hosted lunch for all competitors, as well as a Club Championship Putting Contest. Started last year we will be having a Men's Net Club Championship Shootout following bracket play on Sunday. Similar to our Member/Guest events we expect to make an atmosphere and are excited to let our Members compete for becoming this year's Club Champions! Men's Club Championship – Championship Flight Eligibility: Male golf members of Granite Bay Golf Club. Full or limited memberships, dependents not eligible. Players may try to qualify for Championship flight and if not qualifying, may elect to play the Net Club Championship over the weekend. Format: Friday stroke play event*, with awards/competition. Friday results seed championship bracket. This program is for Junior Golfers that play in local or national golf tournaments. It is for ages 8 to 15 years old. We will work on skills to continue to lower scores. This is a monthly program the dates for October will be Tuesday 6, 13, 20 (4:30-5:30) and an on the course play day Tuesday the 27th (4:30pm start)

2026 Club Championship Weekend Granite Bay Golf Club has again chosen what is normally prime golf weather and course conditions to hold our 2026 Club Championships. Set on October 16th thru 18th, In the Men's Gross and Net Flights, Friday will be a stroke play event to determine match play seeding, with its own prize pool, that acts as a qualifier (if necessary) for match play brackets to come on the weekend. Players in the Women's Flights will begin on Saturday morning and be played Saturday and Sunday. While we have two different formats being utilized for the Men's event. The Women's events will be stroke play on Saturday and Sunday with each player being eligible in ALL flights. This year on Saturday, October 17th we will also have hosted lunch for all competitors, as well as a Club Championship Putting Contest. Started last year we will be having a Men's Net Club Championship Shootout following bracket play on Sunday. Similar to our Member/Guest events we expect to make an atmosphere and are excited to let our Members compete for becoming this year's Club Champions! Men's Club Championship – Championship Flight Eligibility: Male golf members of Granite Bay Golf Club. Full or limited memberships, dependents not eligible. Players may try to qualify for Championship flight and if not qualifying, may elect to play the Net Club Championship over the weekend. Format: Friday stroke play event*, with awards/competition. Friday results seed championship bracket.
